Bitburger beer presents, "Real Men of Genius"

Today we salute you Mr. 4000ft Load Crew

Oh glorious bomb loader, you sit there day in and day out patiently standing fire guard.

Thru thick and thin you guard your post, never faltering to endless jests from others, waiting for the yellow sticky calling you to mount your trusty jammer.

We can count on you, Mr. 4000ft Load Crew, to accomplish, almost unknowingly, what the rest of us can only read about in safety reports.

So crack open a nice cold Bitburger Mr. 4000ft Load Crew, for it's you that keeps the Wing Safety Office employed while the rest of us evacuate the flightline.

The following photos are actual bomb loaders in the Big 22AMU.

In keeping with proper Load Crew alignment we start with the One man.
This website takes great care in protecting the identities of the individuals posted.
So we will refer to SSgt David Yates as 'Stumpy' for the remainder of this sentence.

Photos taken December 2006.

Dave Yates decides to see if you really can slice off your finger tip using an S-210 nose fairing.
The doctor's score after round one:
Dave 0 vs S-210 1

Dave is currently plotting his revenge in round two using his TRD...

What would a 4000ft Load Crew be without a proud Two man?
Personal appearance can help put you over your peers when it comes to claiming a spot on the 4000ft Load Crew.

The entire squadron got to enjoy the ass pain of two DUI's in March 2006.
A "holy balls" early Saturday morning.

Displaying the best personal appearance this proud two man is awarded a coveted position on the 4000ft Load Crew.

And finally the Three man.
Three men are known for their phenomenal driving skills on a jammer and our winner for the 4000ft Load Crew is no exception.

The now deceased flag ship of the 22AMU weapons section.
While traveling in reverse at approximately mach 2.0 this jammer came to an immediate stop when contact was made with a securely closed HAS door.
Weighing in at 50 tons this HAS door is undefeated with a score of 1-0 versus any moving vehicle.
